How do I send a message with a gift?
Please send an email to gifts@littlehippie.com with your name, message, and order number.

When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship within a few days of receiving your order. In the event of a stock shortage, you will be contacted as soon as we receive your order. For this reason, it is important that you provide a valid email address with your order.

Can I get an express order?

How secure is your service?
Our secure server encrypts all payment information you send us, insuring that your personal data is kept completely safe. If you still don't trust on-line ordering, feel free to give us a call Toll Free 877.714.5484 and we'll proccess your order over the phone.

Why am I am asked about unsecure items at checkout?
This is your computer responding to the graphics on our site. Rest assured, our checkout process is guaranteed 100% secure.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Amex, Visa & Mastercard. We can also accept checks and money orders via snail mail.

What is your return policy?
We will accept retuns up to 14 days and exchanges up to 30 days. Days is defined as number of days from the date you receive your order. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt (email confirmation), and all exchanges must be sent with a $5 reshipping fee (check or money
order). All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. We will not accept anything that appears to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Please email info@littlehippie.com with any questions.

How do your sizes run?
For the most part everything runs true to size, with a few exceptions. Toddler hoodies run about a size small. Women's styles also run a bit small. All dyed garments will not shrink any further, as they have already been washed repeatedly in hot water during the dye process. Adult hoodies are heavyweight 80% cotton and will shrink, especially if washed in hot water. For more women's options, a youth large fits a women's size 6 perfectly.

Are your dyes color fast?
Absolutely. We use only the best commercial dyes, ensuring that your hand-dyed garment will remain vivid for many children to come. We have tested our dyes many times and have never seen them bleed.

And because buying for babies can be a bit confusing . . .
